You can return most things to us. If you got your stuff delivered (excluding clothing), you can return it free and get refund* of your payment.
When returning anything, just make sure you have proof of purchase such as original receipt or email copy.
Make sure the item (and any free items that came with the product) are:
- unused (with any tags still attached)
- in original packaging
- in a un-touched condition
We’ll refund your money to the original payment method. it can take up to 7 days to process back in your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days, or as per your payment channel provider.
You can also request to make refund to your vault under your account to process the return quickly and use it to place another order.
To exchange an item, just visit our store, in exchange section, submit an exchange request and proceed as per the guideline under your account.
If your item is either from clothing, being collected or being returned via post, just return as normal and place a new order online.
If you’ve had faulty item delivered, we’ll happily replace or refund it if it’s faulty. If you’ve had the item between 30 and 365 days we’ll get it repaired, replaced or, if neither are possible, refunded.
Please also note that we do replacement with the approval of the product manufacturer and the replacement/repair are performed from manufacturer end as per their policy and written warrantees, we do not perform any repair/replacement or any guarantee/warrantee from our end. We help you to process it through the manufacturer as quickly as possible and in some cases, we make refund of payment when you do not want to accept any offer of replacement or repair or either not possible in some serious technical fault.

Either…return it free of charge to any of our warehouse, with your delivery note. Find your nearest store by Contact us
Or, repackage the item(s) you want to return and post it back with the completed returns form. *Return postage costs will be deducted from your refund amount (unless of course it’s faulty). *
If you no longer have the returns form, don’t worry, grab a copy of your confirmation email/order number and get in touch.
For mobile phones, here’s what you must know:
Mobile phone manufacturers either offer replacement or repair in case of faulty phone.
Mobile phone return is not acceptable item.
You can claim its warrantee to the brand store directly as any mobile phone bought from us are always original products from manufacturer and their claims are always welcome at their stores.
The only option to initiate a refund request is un-open / un-touched (sealed) box within 24 hours of the delivery receipt time can be requested to proceed to which is obviously conditional request. Our team will analyse the request on the ground of your request. Please note that “I change my mind” is not a reason of refund request at all and such request are not entertained.

Things to note:
- Some items like mobile phone, pierced jewellery and underwear/undergarments can’t be exchanged or refunded, unless they’re faulty. Our website and catalogue indicate which items are non-refundable.
- If the item or packaging has been handled excessively, we reserve the right to reduce the amount we refund you.
- We might ask for the product serial number or similar, to check the item was supplied by us.
- Naturally, none of this affects your consumer rights.
